She/they
As someone who has spent a lot of time in the mountains and much of her life in Alaska, Mirri tends to write with an ecological bend. From the Arctic to Scotland—where she now lives—the landscape’s she’s been fortunate enough to live in have deeply effected her. She is a queer writer and her work often contains magical or speculative elements with roots in natural science, folklore and fantastical world-building.
